Author helps charity
All proceeds of real estate expert Don R. Campbell’s bestselling book, now in its second edition, goes to charity.
Habitat for Humanity is the beneficiary of 100 per cent of sales of 97 Tips for Canadian Real Estate Investors 2.0. “My goal when I started was to give $20,000 to Habitat,” says Campbell. “It’s now at $647,000 -and $600,000 of that is from Alberta.”
Written by Campbell with help from Peter Kinch, Barry McGuire and Russell Westcott, 97 Tips for Canadian Real Estate Investors has been fully revised and updated. It is available at Chapters, Indigo and Amazon.ca.
The book has tips and strategies to help readers build wealth and save money in the long term.
Topics include spotting markets that are over-or under-priced, along with landlording and property management tips, return on investment formula, due diligence considerations, tax and accounting updates, new concepts of financing, and how to leverage more profit from the properties you own, among others.
